I have spent years flipping back and forth between math and art before finally realizing that I need both in my life.

I teach math to teenagers as a contribution to the evolution of human consciousness. I make art to keep me grounded and to be a better math teacher.

I also play Baroque and Renaissance music in the Seven Stars recorder ensemble. I hike, bike, kayak and travel to Germany whenever possible.

I live in South Strafford, Vermont with my daughters and husband, cat, dog, and chickens.

I hold VT State certification for grades 7-12 math. I currently teach Algebra at The Sharon Academy. You can find my artwork at Long River Gallery and Gifts in White River Junction, Vermont.

The three things on my action item list for today are:

  1. work on my Tunbridge Fair print
  2. take an online Blackbaud tutorial
  3. ride my bike to the library
